No smoking inside the suite or near open windows/doors - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property No parties or events—quiet enjoyment only Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM Only registered guests are allowed on the property Please respect the neighbors and shared community spaces Dispose of garbage and recycling in designated bins Report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them. Our home is equipped with exterior cameras that record to the cloud 24/7. If they are tampered with in any way during your reservation your booking may be immediately cancelled with no refund given on the booking amount or the security deposit. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure. Please do not tamper with any fire alarms in the property - if touched a minimum $100 call out fee will charged to inspect disrupted fire alarm. Late check-out fee of $100 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. Early check-in can be arranged for an additional charge of $40.
