- Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. -This is a NON-PARTY home. -Our home is equipped with exterior cameras that record to the cloud 24/7. If they are tampered with in any way during your reservation your booking may be immediately cancelled with no refund given on the booking amount or the security deposit. - No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. - Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure. - Please do not tamper with any fire alarms in the property - if touched a minimum $100 call out fee will charged to inspect disrupted fire alarm. - Late check-out fee of $100 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 15 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $139, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations. - Early check-in can be arranged for an additional charge of $50.
